About me

Born in Aspen, Colorado

I started skiing when I was four in Aspen, Colorado. We moved to Ouray, Colorado when I was 9 where I skied Telluride. Skiing for me consisted of going around looking for anything to jump off. During middle school, they started building terrain parks which is where I really got started. After finishing my senior year of high school back in Aspen I moved to Boulder, CO to attend the University of Colorado. I competed in half-pipe and slopestyle events through college. After graduating with a business degree I moved back to Aspen to ski. In 2013 I decided to move somewhere new, and picked Jackson Hole.

During the season I primarily ski at Jackson Hole, sending big cliffs, straightlines and couloirs all around the resort and into the backcountry. I also love traveling to ski. I have skied all over the world, including Japan, Canada, South America, New Zealand and most of Europe. When i’m not skiing at a resort i enjoy ski mountaineering, using ice axes and crampons to ski hidden couloirs and peaks.

Big Mountain Skiing

Jackson has some amazing in-bounds terrain, with cliffs, couloirs and tree skiing! The best skiing is just outside the boundaries, you can hike up 30 minutes and access some of the best lift serviced backcountry in the lower 48. Here is one of my favorite lines only a short distance away in the sidecountry through the gates.

Backcountry Skiing

The nearby Teton range has amazing peaks, couloirs and bowls to ski

After the lifts close, I take my skis and head towards the bigger peaks and couloirs. In my first spring, I skied most of the peaks in the Tetons including the Grand, Middle, South Teton, Moran, Buck, and numerous other lines. I try to ski as early as October and well into July most years.
